Tesamorelin Research Peptide

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of the full 44-amino-acid human growth hormone-releasing factor sequence. A trans-3-hexenoyl group is attached to the N-terminal tyrosine, a modification used to increase stability relative to unmodified GRF.

It is a defined GHRH-receptor agonist with published pharmacology and regulated medicinal research. ZENTRA supplies an unlicensed research compound only and does not provide clinical or administration guidance.

Independent Batch Testing

Every current ZENTRA Tesamorelin batch is independently tested and records an HPLC purity result above 99%. Use the batch number printed on the product label to locate the corresponding third-party report in our Batch Verification and COA Centre. Researchers should consult the individual report for the exact analytical methods, result and testing date for their supplied batch.

Tesamorelin Research Context

In vitro work characterises as a GHRH-receptor agonist. Controlled clinical studies of authorised formulations have examined downstream growth-hormone and IGF-1 biology in defined populations.

Those studies do not establish equivalence between a licensed medicine and a research vial. Researchers must also distinguish the free-base molecular weight from acetate-salt composition.

Storage and Handling

Keep unopened lyophilised material at approximately -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C for short-term laboratory storage. Protect from light, moisture and repeated temperature changes. Follow batch documentation and an institutionally validated preparation protocol.

Tesamorelin Research FAQs

It is a modified 44-amino-acid analogue of human GHRH/GRF.

How does it differ from Sermorelin?

uses the full 44-residue GRF sequence with an N-terminal lipid modification; Sermorelin is the shorter GHRH(1-29)-NH2 fragment.

What is its molecular weight?

The free-base molecular weight is approximately 5135.9 g/mol. Salt and counter-ion content can change the reported total.

Which sizes are available?

The current product options are 5mg and 10mg.

How is purity checked?

Each current batch is independently HPLC tested above 99% and linked to its online COA.

Is this an authorised medicine?

No. ZENTRA is supplied solely as a laboratory research compound.
